OpsAI sits in front of systems that hold real money and real records. Opening it to unattended sign-up before every deployment has an owner and a bound would contradict the entire argument of the product, so access is granted deliberately and in order.

None of this is a qualification gate. It is the difference between a reply that answers you and a reply that asks three questions back.
How much AI you are already running
Roughly how many agents, copilots and automations are in production, and whether anyone currently holds a list of them.
What they reach
Which systems of record those tools touch, or are being asked to touch — payments, ERP, CRM, the warehouse.
The action you would least like unsupervised
One concrete example. It tells us more about whether OpsAI fits your estate than any number of seats does.
